Si informa che IFSC Europe Events ha comunicato che tra le attività previste per il 2021 ha anche quella di realizzare un corso per tracciatori Continentali (Europei), non avendo peraltro allo stato attuale specificato come, dove e quando.
Nel seguito parte del testo della mail pervenuta lo scorso 15 febbraio (quello con riferimento al corso tracciatori):
“Dear all,
as you have probably seen during the National Federations Meeting – we are currently planning two novelties concerning Route Setters.
The first concept will make it easier for motivated national Route Setters to get a license to be CRS at IFSC-Europe Events.
In order to do that we need you as a National Federation part of the IFSC to give us the name of a single candidate you think would be suitable to get licensed as a Continental Route Setter.
This candidate, of course, should have experience in setting international Events like EYCs, ECs and EYCHs.
After receiving your candidates we will then invite the most experienced of them to join a Course which will cover the following topics:
* Safety
* Organization
* Rules
* Mode of Operation
After completion of the Course, these candidates could then be appointed as Continental Route Setters already in the second half of 2021 (of course depending on the development of the Pandemic).
Please be aware that we are currently in the middle of the planning phase – which means we don’t have all the info you might need at the moment.
Important:
* Please send me the Name and Contact of your candidate for the Route Setter Course before end of February”
La F.A.S.I. ha fatto richiesta di poter candidare almeno due tracciatori, uno per la disciplina boulder e un altro per la lead; IFSC stante l'attuale situazione sanitaria ha fatto presente di poter accettare solo una candidatura per Nazione (come peraltro scritto nella mail sopra riportata), riservandosi di fare ulteriori analoghi corsi nel futuro.
Con riferimento a quanto sopra, si invitano i tracciatori che intendono candidarsi per partecipare al Corso “Continental Route Setter” della IFSC ad inviare entro il 24 febbraio p.v. il proprio curriculum ed eventuali referenze aggiuntive alla mail della Commissione Tecnica FASI (Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. È necessario abilitare JavaScript per vederlo.): requisito essenziale, richiesto da IFSC, è che siano presenti esperienze come Tracciatore in eventi Internazionali.
